CLOSE COMPETITION! AYC beat Southern Maryland Sailing Assoc (SMSA a mid-bay club) in the 2nd tie-breaker (total number of 2nds), AYC and SMSA were both just 2 points ahead of Hampton Yacht Club (HYC a south-bay club).
